Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Returns & Refunds

How to Return

1. Email us at {email} with your order number and reason for return. support@odor-blitz.com
2. We'll send you a prepaid return label within 1 business day.
3. Ship the item back in its original packaging.
4. Refund issued within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.

Return Conditions

• Items must be unused and in original, sealed packaging.
• Opened or activated kits cannot be returned.
• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@odor-blitz.com with photos. We will ship a replacement at no charge.
