30-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused, unopened items in original packaging.
How to Return
- Email us at {email} with your order number and reason for return. support@odor-blitz.com
- We'll send you a prepaid return label within 1 business day.
- Ship the item back in its original packaging.
- Refund issued within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unused and in original, sealed packaging.
- Opened or activated kits cannot be returned.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@odor-blitz.com with photos. We will ship a replacement at no charge.
