All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 within the contiguous United States.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.
Lost or Stolen Packages
OdorBlitz is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact your local carrier first, then reach out to us at support@odor-blitz.com and we will do our best to assist you.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, email us at support@odor-blitz.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement at no charge.
